The front desk was rude and told me the wait was 45 minutes so I should just drop off my puppy, pick it up in a few hours and the Dr. will try and get to "it" between surgeries. I asked to wait so I could be in the room b/c I had some questions and the front desk lady said "Well then we just have no idea how long it will be. If you leave the building we will put you at the bottom of the list." That was not the first bad interaction we have had so... We took our puppy and went to the Hillsboro Companion Pet location (12 Minutes away) and we were treated incredibly well!! I even transferred all of my other dogs paper work to this location. I recommend you drive the 12 minutes... very worth it!
