Review content:
Very, very disappointed in the lack of care my dogs received last weekend. 13 year old was covered in urine and stunk horribly from 2 to 3 day old urine smells. Pet beds were not put in either sleep area although I had been assured they would. Food I took for my dogs was barely used - consequently I don't know if they were fed at all. Later was told that the dogs are locked in their small sleeping areas from 8:00 p.m. to 8:00 or 8:30 a.m. They have no where to go to the bathroom for 12 hours or more except where they are sleeping - on cement. Only dog toy was not put in with the dog and dogs were separated although I was told they would be together in one kennel. WHAT A HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!!! I WILL NEVER TAKE MY DOGS HERE AGAIN!!!!!
Pros: Pricing was very reasonable.
Cons: Care was horrible for dogs. Didn't do at all what they claimed they would do.
