I had no problem setting up an appointment at Eyeworks of San Mateo. Everyone that I spoke to was very friendly and helpful. I had never been to an optometrist before, so I was a little skeptical of how this would play out. The woman who did my initial exams was sweet and explained everything to me and Dr. Lai took the time to do further tests, explain everything to me and listen to my concerns without making me feel rushed. They worked with me to make sure that I didn't have to pay too much out of pocket and I look forward to picking up my new glasses this week. Thank you Dr. Lai and staff. You have been very helpful!
