Review content:
This is a horrible place to live. If you move here you will regret it. Everything is always broken, maintenance and the complex will come in to your apartment without permission whenever they want to. They will give you 24 hours to fix something that isn't your fault and not let you know about it until the alotted time is already over. Staff is very rude and careless. I have reported things 2 or 3 times and then called back to be told that they "forgot to put the service request in". The price is so low for a reason. I have not talked to a single tenant who is happy living here. People are constantly getting arrested in the community, cars are vandalized at least once a week. Drunks hang out in the stairways. My roommate has even been robbed at gunpoint just walking to the dumpster. Do not let things like new paint and landscaping fool you, if you move here you are moving into the projects. Reef Club are slum lords!
