The Reef Club

I have 2 friends that live there in Reef Club and beside these apartments being old they have no complaints. My friends have good neighbors even though some residents don't look or act that great. Whose to blame if you move somewhere that you don't like or have a hard time with the office personnel. Yourself!!! No one makes you move there! Its your choice. I'm going to be a future resident starting this month and I haven't had nothing but kind and welcoming service at the office. These people work hard in that office so don't blame them do to your neighbor or poor decision making. You Have a choice and negative feed back don't change my mine. If you read this take my advice. The apartments or the residents don't make who you are and what you do. We make a home and an enviorment ourselves!!!! more

This is a horrible place to live. If you move here you will regret it. Everything is always broken, maintenance and the complex will come in to your apartment without permission whenever they want to. They will give you 24 hours to fix something that isn't your fault and not let you know about it until the alotted time is already over. Staff is very rude and careless. I have reported things 2 or 3 times and then called back to be told that they "forgot to put the service request in". The price is so low for a reason. I have not talked to a single tenant who is happy living here. People are constantly getting arrested in the community, cars are vandalized at least once a week. Drunks hang out in the stairways. My roommate has even been robbed at gunpoint just walking to the dumpster. Do not let things like new paint and landscaping fool you, if you move here you are moving into the projects. I'm currently renting an apartment at this complex and at first was very attracted to the apartments b/c it seems to be a quiet and peaceful place to live. Also, it was my first apartment and I didnt want to have to worry about rental problems within my first year renting. Renting this apartment truly threw me in for a major suprise. Within in my first 2 1/2 months I had a leak in my bathroom so bad it ruined a few hundred dollars in personal items ranging from clothing to things I've had since childhood and will never be able to replace. A ceiling fan broke while running in the middle of the night and we recieved NO compensation for it!!! When a repair is needed it takes day; sometimes weeks for it to be repaired. For example, upon moving in the AC was not working. in fact, the problem was so bad that in only 13 days my light bill totaled approximately $300.00, normally I pay $70 or $80 in a month and i had the most difficult time with them in order to be reimbursed. Not to mention that the day I recieved the keys to my apartment it wasn't even ready. I had two broken windows, my AC didnt work , two outlets didnt and still dont work, my dishwasher was and still is leaking and blumbing was bad in both bathrooms. Another problem is there is constantly police officers in the area b/c of some small issue thats always made bigger. A friend of mine was held for several hours b/c he was putting things from my apartment into my car and was given a hard time b/c his name isnt on my lease even though I was in my apartment. I was told by another friend who is a cop that there are many problems in the complex that require police attention. I hate to say it but this company and property has made me wish I never left NYC!!!!!! Pros: Neighbors aren't too bad Cons: way to many more

This complex is by far the worst in Kissimmee, things are constantly broken or breaking, I have not had a light in my kitchen for over 6 months. Water leaks in and they don't fix things. The only way to get anything done is to contact the Concord company. Staff is always very rude and a bother to work with. The price may seem attractive but IT IS NOT WORTH IT. Live anywhere in Kissimmee besides Reef Club. Pros: None Cons: Too many to list here more
