Review content:
Four of us went to Grill Marks for the first time on Valentines Day 2009. They were running a special and being that it was a Saturday and Valentines, we made reservations for 5:30 to beat the crowd and have time to catch a movie after. I have to admit the food was awesome and the service was okay however we arrived early (5:05) there were DOZENS of tables open and we were greeted by a very friendly young lady. We told her that we were early and asked if that was alright; ?sure, no problem? she took our name and went to another ?hostess? that was sitting at a table right behind her and let her know we had reservations but arrived sooner, ?is that okay?? the other one SHOOK HER HEAD, ROLLED HER EYES, LET OUT A SIGH and said ?I guess it?s going to Have to be.?
I have NEVER felt more unwelcome at any establishment and even though I enjoyed the food, I will NOT go back..
