I am rating based on my opinions back during the time I grew up there. I have so many fond memories and feel a connection to those who I grew up around in Overlook eventhough we might not have been friends. Back during the 70,80,90's it wasn't too bad. Of course there was always fights over something, weather it was parking or kids just arguing. BUT nothing like today, Overlook has really gone down hiAnd gosh tghe drugs has gotten so bad. That place is my home in my memories and always will be. I drive through there from time to time and just reminese and sometimes i cry. SO many wonderful neighbers i grew up with who have died. Life is so short But I cherish them all.
