On the corner of New and Valley, JR used to be a very popular place for lunch and dinner, with the typical hk-american style dishes like steaks and fried rice and noodles. A popular special was a special dish with half of a succulent lobster sauteed in green onion and ginger, served with a gravy-like sauce on chewy e-fu noodles. They just remodeled, changed ownership, and reopened, however, and management has got a lof of work to do...
