On the corner of New and Valley, JR used to be a very popular place for lunch and dinner, with the typical hk-american style dishes like steaks and fried rice and noodles. A popular special was a special dish with half of a succulent lobster sauteed in green onion and ginger, served with a gravy-like sauce on chewy e-fu noodles. They just remodeled, changed ownership, and reopened, however, and management has got a lof of work to do... more

This café is located at the corner of Valley Blvd. and New Ave in San Gabriel. This is a hot spot for people who are looking for a late night meal. Expect to see crowds of highschool/young adults at the early hours. The food is Hong Kong style/American cuisine with a price range of $5-$10 per person. Depending on the time of day, there are often specials that are reasonably priced. more
