I have told a few of my friends that if I saw Jim walking down the street without ever having met him, I'd guess he's an honest guy. He just looks honest. My hunch would've been right. What I mean is that in the many years that my wife and I have been taking our cars to him, he has never told us our car needs work it doesn't need. (We're not car experts, so that's as best we can tell.) Also, he and his mechanics are competent. Honesty and competency are what all of us want when it comes to car repairs, and that's why I recommend Jim's.
