NEVER SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS! I called River Forest Key Service to ask a simple question. My question was literally, "are you able to make skeleten keys?" In response to my question I recieved a rude no and was hung up on. Disapointed in the treatment I received, I called back and stated, "I do not appreciate being hung up on all I did was ask a simple question." In response to this I was told, and I quote, "yea and I told you we couldn't help you and you still called back"... I was then hung up on again. If the person answering the phone would've given me the time of day, I would have had other things to purchase. My skeleten key question was just the tip of the business I would have brought them. I will never use this locksmith even in the most desperate situations and I hope you refuse them your business as well. There are plenty of locksmiths close enough to their shop to avoid using this one. Good luck with your lock smithing needs.
