River Forest Cleaners

NEVER SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS! I called River Forest Key Service to ask a simple question. My question was literally, "are you able to make skeleten keys?" In response to my question I recieved a rude no and was hung up on. Disapointed in the treatment I received, I called back and stated, "I do not appreciate being hung up on all I did was ask a simple question." In response to this I was told, and I quote, "yea and I told you we couldn't help you and you still called back"... I was then hung up on again. If the person answering the phone would've given me the time of day, I would have had other things to purchase. My skeleten key question was just the tip of the business I would have brought them. I will never use this locksmith even in the most desperate situations and I hope you refuse them your business as well. There are plenty of locksmiths close enough to their shop to avoid using this one. Good luck with your lock smithing needs. more

This locksmith came to the rescue, I arrived back home after a night out and found the house broken in to, after the police left I called River Forest Locksmiths and told them I wanted the best security deadbolts they had, they came out quickly and got things done so I could sleep that night. more

Have a locked safe? I did, and after calling 5 different locksmiths and was told that they couldn't open it, I got River Forest Locksmiths on the phone and they said it wouldn't be a problem. Thank god for them! more
