Good: Nothing. Bad: 1) Scheduled an appointment that the corporate did not register in this store
2) Take too much time
3) Store manager suggests changes you donot need
4) If you dont look at your bill, you will be charged for items you did not order
5) Dont expect your car to return in time
6) They donot call after the job is complete
7) Staff doesnt attend to you. You will have to wait or call them out.. Improvements: No improvements required, i m not going there again.. Other: I should have read the reviews before going to this store. I thought I was the only one with this kind of experience, after having shared this with a friend, it was nothing different from him either.
I liked Sears for service. Will stick to either that or the dealer next time!.
