Save money, time and frustration. Donot go to Firestone. 11/30/2011

Good: Nothing. Bad: 1) Scheduled an appointment that the corporate did not register in this store 2) Take too much time 3) Store manager suggests changes you donot need 4) If you dont look at your bill, you will be charged for items you did not order 5) Dont expect your car to return in time 6) They donot call after the job is complete 7) Staff doesnt attend to you. You will have to wait or call them out.. Improvements: No improvements required, i m not going there again.. Other: I should have read the reviews before going to this store. I thought I was the only one with this kind of experience, after having shared this with a friend, it was nothing different from him either. I liked Sears for service. Will stick to either that or the dealer next time!. more

Not very impressed... 11/20/2005

We took our car here one time because we had received a coupon for a free oil change and inspection. We were told at the inspection that the brakes needed to be replaced. We decided not to have them do it, so they just put the tires back on, and we went on our way. About a week later we had our brakes done, and we were told that we were lucky one of front tires hadn't fallen off! Turns out, they did not tighten the bolts enough! Needless to say I was very disappointed, and will never return there again, even with a free coupon! more
