Review content:
We love our spa, but a problem that is covered by the manufcaturer has not been fixed. We call and leave messages at Atlantic Spas and Billiards that are not returned. When we finally get conected with the service person, it takes another month and too many phone calls to get the service person to look at the problem. We have even talked to the owner! Then they work with the manufacturer and with us to start to fix the problem and STOP. More unreturned phone calls and more frustation. Finally parts are ordered, but more phone calls and unreturned responses later, we are still not getting service. This has been going on for months. I guess even in this tough economy, they don't care about good customer service. Are there really that many people out there buying hot tubs that they can afford to let this aspect of their business go?
