I would not use this service again. Awful experience. Worse customer service. The price was good but i guess you get what you pay for. No issues/problems at pickup but after that it was went downhill. They were very difficult to get a hold of. The secretary at the office never has any answers or idea of whats going on with your move. And the manager Sam is never available, His voice mail is always full so you cant even leave a message. We were told by Sam that our delivery would be arriving on Wednesday. We both took the day off of work and when we contacted the driver he didn't have our order, so we had to wait an additional 3 business days for our order to arrive. They had a sub contractor complete the order it so the additional charges that were not discussed couldn't be contested. We have a coupon that we got off of their own website and they are giving us the run around about it. Were yet to be contacted by Sam or the office. Would avoid this poorly ran company at all costs.
