I have a love/hate relationship with Best Buy. Their sales are the best, with insanely low day after Thanksgiving bargains if you're willing to stand in line overnight. Weekends can be a nightmare, with long lines and waits for customer service. I have bought things at Best Buy online and if they are in stock at your local store you can pick them up there without paying shipping charges. The only real advantage to this is that you can make sure the item you want will be there when you get there. The lines for customer service can be huge. The store is gigantic and carries the latest and greatest of everything. If you are making a large purchase, you will want to go here to compare and see what's available. Prices are reasonable and new sales come out with each Sunday ad in the newspaper. Clearance prices can be outstanding and they have discounts for open box/scratch/dent items.
