We purhcased a computer here four years ago for $400 after rebates. The price included tower, monitor, XP, Lexmark printer, keyboard, and mouse CDRW drive, and a three-year in-store warranty. Since then I've had to upgrade the memory once, costing me an extra $50 (also purhcased at Best Buy).
With four home-schooled little ones running around all day every day I find that electronic items don't last as long in our home as they might in others, so I have had to take the items in for warranty repair work three times--once for the hard drive, once for the CD-RW drive, and once just the monitor. Every time I was serviced speedily and efficiently without costing me a dime.
I especially love their return policy. The first time I purchased memory for upgrade it did not work with my system once I installed it. They took the item in and provided an exchange for the right item which did work. Many places won't accept returns on opened items such as RAM.
They are always busy. It is like pulling teeth to find sales help, and when you do you have to guard him/her closely or someone else will woo them away from you. Don't ever try to call to speak to a sales associate because they absolutely do NOT answer the phones. If you've ever called or been there to hear the phones ringing non-stop you know this.
