Nice but BAD Doctors; not nice and bad staff! I went in with a sinus infection and received an antibiotic. Had a reaction to the antibiotic called and got a receptionist that was very rude (to put it PG). She said that “they will call back if I need to come in other wise check with the pharmacist” I asked what did she mean check with the pharmacist? I need someone to call me and tell me what to do. She got mad and said that “she had a room full of patients and that they would call me otherwise check with the pharmacist” I called back and told them that they need to call This receptionist said she would. She called back said that they called in a prescription for the reaction and to discontinue the antibiotic. I asked what was I suppose to do about the infection (note I’m no doctor but I was always told to make sure not to stop an antibiotic or else the infection may become renitent) she said the doctor did say anything about that he was gone, she would leave him a note! Going to go to med express tomorrow.
