This restaurant has the best wine list in all Colorado with more than 1000 selections ! The restaurant serve an Italian fine cuisine at a very high level under the direction of the executive chef and owner Antonio Race. The menu is not very extensive, but every plate is prepare with love and care with excellent results. Outstanding the sea food appetizer, the salmon, the "vitello tonnato" when available. I am very surprise you do not have a rewiew for this restaurant.
I went back to this restaurant and the experience was so impressive that I feel I need to improve the score, considering also that some other Italian restaurant are overrated, the score for certain dishes of Pucinella need more than a 10.
Pros: good and free, parking, you fill at home
Cons: need reservation, in busy days
