I found this gem while reading Culinary Colorado and could not resist. The dining room is simple and elegant with an informative staff that was ready to answer any question we had. The wine list was thorough and easy to navigate. You can tell why it has been adorned with so many Wine Spectator awards. The food was an adventure that never seized. This restaurant has the best wine list in all Colorado with more than 1000 selections ! The restaurant serve an Italian fine cuisine at a very high level under the direction of the executive chef and owner Antonio Race. The menu is not very extensive, but every plate is prepare with love and care with excellent results. Outstanding the sea food appetizer, the salmon, the "vitello tonnato" when available. I am very surprise you do not have a rewiew for this restaurant. I went back to this restaurant and the experience was so impressive that I feel I need to improve the score, considering also that some other Italian restaurant are overrated, the score for certain dishes of Pucinella need more than a 10.
