Review content:
I was in great lengths and negotiations with this dealership. The price continued to change and when I actually called to purchase the vehicle, they told me they had other plans for the vehicle. I asked them if they sold it, since I was just there 6 hours before, and the salesman said, "No, but they have other plans for the truck."
I then asked to speak with Casey, and my salesman said that Casey couldn't talk but would give me a ring later that night. Needless to say, I didn't get a call. I called again and was told that he would return my call. Nothing happened.
I called the third day, and my salesman said that Casey would maybe call later in the day, but that I could probably come in and buy the vehicle.
After getting jerked around, I went to the closest competitor, Lake Worth Honda, got a new truck (not a demo) for the exact same price in the color I deserved.
My suggestion, go ahead and get a quote on a vehicle here if you want, but be careful of the bait and switch and the lack of customer service.
Their Monday Night Football ad for what they stand for is the total opposite of what is truly represented. A joke.
