Ok, I own a ford f150. Ever since i have owned it, non stop problems. If its not one thing it is the other, well I was refered to Expert by a couple of friends. I usually take it to the dealer because I don't trust any little mom and pop mechanic shop because they always lie and want a million dollars for the smallest job. The dealer is not much better but I get this sense of satisfaction that even though its a million dollars and im treated like garbage, with no disrespect, and that THEY are doing me a favor, I still take it there. So I took my truck to Expert to get it diagnosed. Long story short they said I needed about 1100 dollars worth of repair. Me being a business man I did my research to see if i can find better prices. Well I did, and i decided to take the estimate to Expert to see if they could price match well they not only met the price but beat it by 10%! The job was going to take all day so they offered me a ride to work and then picked me up.. now I dare anyone to find a business that will do that for their customers. At the end of the day I recieved my truck with perfect driving conditions. Expert is very generous and you get that feeling that your at a resort, anything you want when you want. Absolutely the best auto repair store. next week i'm coming back for tires and some body work... oh did I mention they have a liscensed body shop.
