I paid over $3,000 for photographer, videographer, and dj service that were not worth a dime!
DJ Johnny eyez is a camera hog and will require large amounts of your wedding video. Songs we requested him to play, he sang, and completely butchered the song. This was my special day- not his!
Your DVD will be poorly edited, if at all. My photographer was busy trying to get ladies phone numbers rather than do the job he was paid to do. The worse part is John Yancey will not return calls or emails when you inquire where your wedding photos are and when they will be shipped to you! This company is very unprofessional and do not waste your money on these 'services' they claim to provide to you a valuable client.
It has been 4 months now and not a word from Bigsmouths Productions as to where my wedding photos are. We have had a close death in the family that was in each photo we ordered and they could give a damn! On top of that we are moving to our new home we had built and they wont even reply to my many attempts to contact them to update my new address. Therefore, I may never get what I paid for. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Buraeu as well.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND BIGMOUTHS PRODUCTIONS AT ALL.. EVER!
