We got taken by some really good scam artists, and boy it is a shame the bride & groom suffered for it. No pictures or video like they promised. No refund as well and we are still waiting to hear. Every time we call it's been disconnected or changed... What a bunch of phoneys... Stay far away from this company. First, the photographer was too late to take pictures of my ceremony. My coordinator had to provide him with a list of pictures that she believed a photographer should be taking. My guests witnessed the photographer commenting on my coordinator’s shoes and feet on several occasions and asked to photograph them. I also had several guests tell me that the videographer was zooming in on one of my guest’s rear end. The DJ’s revolting and unorganized services provided a horrible experience when everything I requested was typed in order on paper. I didn’t even receive the fog machine or the bubble machine that was requested. After all of this, I have not yet received my photos nor did I recieve the only video of my wedding. And I paid them in FULL. Pros: NONE more

Almost evething said in these reviews is true for me too. Ladies we have to stop this guy from screwing up other peoples day. They are saying thet they are going to delete my photos. I had my credit card company pull back the money and thats when Johnny emailed me also refusing to give me a phone number. Pros: nothing Cons: everything more

I had a destination wedding in florida--i live in virginia. my wedding was 8-2-08 and it is now 12-18-08 and i still have not received my unedited video. this company is the worst. i am now going to have to hire a lawyer in order to get a video from my wedding. i am thankful that i only had them in charge of my videography, but i had problems with getting a signed contract from him after i paid1/2 deposit so i should have ran like hell before my wedding. keep in mind i will have to fly to florida just to go to court to handle this matter and pay a lawyer or my wedding video will be lost forever---and he was paid in full so he has no reason other than court to keep his end of the deal. he will not return my calls or emails Pros: won me over in the beginning Cons: a bride's nightmare stay away more

They sucked big time... I thought we we're going to have a beautiful wedding full of happy memories. The only thing my guest remembered was how bad the DJ Johnny Eyez stunk, while wearing his nasty "Elvis"costume. Which I had asked him not to wear, when we signed our contract, which he lost. Because of this he had messed up our wedding party entrance, and played the wrong music during dinner. We had also asked him not to sing at this event, but he did anyway. I remained as calm as I could as to not wreck my wedding any further. However when I told John and Jennifer about our complaints, Jennifer replied "what do you expect for the price you paid?' "That's what you get for being cheap!!! I was speechless when I read this. Not only that but our pictures and video are horrible. I'm embarassed to show them to people. Pros: We don't have to smell Johnny's costume anymore Cons: we wasted our money more

I paid over $3,000 for photographer, videographer, and dj service that were not worth a dime! DJ Johnny eyez is a camera hog and will require large amounts of your wedding video. Songs we requested him to play, he sang, and completely butchered the song. This was my special day- not his! Your DVD will be poorly edited, if at all. My photographer was busy trying to get ladies phone numbers rather than do the job he was paid to do. The worse part is John Yancey will not return calls or emails when you inquire where your wedding photos are and when they will be shipped to you! This company is very unprofessional and do not waste your money on these 'services' they claim to provide to you a valuable client. It has been 4 months now and not a word from Bigsmouths Productions as to where my wedding photos are. We have had a close death in the family that was in each photo we ordered and they could give a damn! On top of that we are moving to our new home we had built and they wont even reply to my many attempts to contact them to update my new address. Therefore, I may never get what I paid for. ok brides and grooms this company not for you!! Let's begin with the why's. They do nothing but sound very professional til the date of your event! Johnny talked the talk but didn't walk the walk. The day before our wedding someone else called me to announce that they would be my D.J. What , No Elvis impersonater.. As if!! Anyway, The Dj screwed up several names after I spent an hour and a half on the phone going over the information that Mr Yancey and I had been going over for months. I paid for my package half up front in April and my event wasn't until November. Anyway, The Dj sucked!!! The only good thing I can say is Bryan the photographer was great. I am sorry he got roped into this company because he probably didn't even get paid half of what he was worth! Anyway here we are 10 months after "MY BIG DAY" I had received my videos which are so embarrassing I won't show anyone. I think a blind man would have done a better job honestly. It ends with the guy who caught the garter tweeking his nipples and two children that were guest watching in horror!! When I contacted John and Jennifer in January it would be taken care of. In March I hadn't heard anything after I had sent the videos back. Although good thing I kept a copy might need it in court!!!! Anybody want in? They sent my second set of videos back all 52 minutes of it and it is rediculous really!!!! I haven't heard from John nor Jennifer and Emailed them my discussed and frustrations and Want my money back. I never would have had any of my friends or relatives order anything from their little websight when they still haven't made things right with us. I have not received one picture from my wedding day and Thank God but I never made it on their Website!!!! They sent me a link to send to all my friends and family which... Never did. Why would I plug business for a company who is so unprofessional?! I would not. With that said I got a Big Mouth and I'm not afraid to use it! Pros: There are none! At first, Johnny and his crew impressed us every step of the way. He ALWAYS answered the phone when we called, or at least called back within 5 minutes. Our wedding was in June. It's now August and he's been promising our pictures and video for over a month. Now he doesn't answer our calls or return our calls, his mailbox is always full, he doesn't respond to emails, and my family and friends who also purchased videos from them are coming at me and my husband wondering what happened. Not to mention the surprise $300 we had to pay to have the video edited. Before the wedding, we were under the impression that the editing was included. We even paid $10 extra for overnight shipping! I would not, under any circumstances, recommend these guys to anyone. Cons: Stole over $4000 from us, our friends, and family. more

Choosing BigMouths as our wedding DJ, Photographer and Videographer was worst thing we could have done for our wedding. We thought we were getting an all inclusive package, but they kept adding fees like if you want pictures before the wedding that will be another $100....and during the reception the video guy told me that if I wanted the video edited then I would have to pay him $300. And we have yet to see that video or any pictures...other than the ones they put on their website. Also, they have sold pictured and videos to our families and friends and cashed their checks and never sent them anything. We are going to have to seek legal help to get our wedding memories...DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANYTHING..not to mention they haven't answered their phone in weeks and their voice mail box is full...Horrible service and poor business practices... Pros: Took lots of pictures. Cons: We dressed sloppy and were overbearing. And dissappeared after demanding being paid in cash. more
