Seeing Dr. Loev was fantastic for the following reasons: 1. Scheduling an appointment was painless 2. Dr Loev is personable, professional, extremely efficient and knowledgeable and explains everything that is going on with your teeth in a way you understand. In my past dental experiences, the head dentists has strolled in, looked at the x-rays for a minute while barely speaking to me and strolled out. I was very pleased to have had exactly the opposite experience with Dr. Loev. 3. The office was very diligent about checking what my insurance would cover BEFORE they performed any procedures. They then consulted me before proceeding with anything that wasn't 100% covered by my insurance. 4. The cleaning was painless and quick. 5. Everyone in the office is very nice, helpful and very knowledgeable in what they are doing. Thank you!
