New Dentist Assessment 12/1/2011

While I think the dentist was knowledgeable and friendly, he didn't say his name clearly, talked too much and was disorganized (couldn't find info in my file). He also did not floss my teeth after my cleaning, and the cleaning seemed perfunctory and sloppy - water was misting all over my face. Not the kind of service I am used to at Dr. Loev's office. more

Best dental team in SF 10/19/2011

The dental team at Dr. Loev's office is the most friendly and professional dental group I've ever experienced. I've been going to Dr. Loev's office since the mid 90's and they are always exactly on time with my appointment. I feel that I get superb dental care and I look forward to seeing the team when I get my teeth cleaned. It's rare to look forward to going to the dentist, but they feel like my friends. I highly recommend this office for dental work of any kind. more

Great service, great views 10/19/2011

Doctor Loev and his staff are personable and professional. Dr. Loev explained the work he did and and the reasons it was needed. I felt like a partner in the whole process. The experience is also enhanced by his office. It has some of the best views of San Francisco. They're located on the 24th floor. There's nothing like sitting back in the dentist's chair and taking your mind off the procedure at hand and admiring the view instead. more

Excellent Service is the Rule, Not an Exception 10/18/2011

I've been a patient here a little more than a year and I have grown accustomed to the very excellent service. As usual, I was greeted by name when I arrived for my check-up and cleaning. Please note that I have never sat in the waiting room because the doctor is always ready to see me as soon as I arrive! Everyone is extraordinarily friendly and courteous. Don't change a thing! more

There is no way I can suggest that Dr. Heineck improve. He is a consummate professional and instills total confidence in me while being such a nice person. He has been caring for me and my teeth for a very long time, and I wouldn't go to anyone else! more

If you need a dentist, look no further than this office. All of the dentists and staff are super professional and friendly and provide the best care that I have ever seen. I live in New York but I make it a point to visit this office for my dental check up when ever I am in San Francisco on business. I would highly recommend this office to everyone--you won't be dissapointed! more

Great 10/4/2011

I hadn't been to the dentist in about 2.5 years. So needless to say, I had been pretty apprehensive about going. I also went straight from work, which happened to be super busy, and I didn't have time to brush beforehand. But, the assistants were great! They gave me some floss and toothbrush and let me brush my teeth without feeling like I was being judged. Dr. Loev was great - he helped me understand everything and explained each and every step so I was clear about what was going on. The measurements and the cleaning hurt but that was my own fault as I haven't had a cleaning in a verrryy long time. I don't recommend going for that long without going. But I WOULD recommend that you go to Dr. Loev. more

New Crown 9/22/2011

Dr. Loev and his staff did an amazing job in creating a crown for a damaged tooth. Care was also taken when setting and creating the temporary crown. Very professional team and I highly recommend Dr. Loev and hist team. more

Wisdom Teeth Extraction 8/11/2011

This is my second visit to Dr Loev's office and I can strongly say that this is a very impressive group of dental professionals. My visit yesterday was for the removal of 3 wisdom.teeth. I was nervous all day about my late afternoon appt. However, once arriving at the office the pain free procedure took less than 45 minutes. I was out in and out in less than an hour. Wow! I don't usually write reviews but this is a great dentist that took very good care of me. more

I have had, and continue to have extensive cosmetic work done by Dr. Loev. I trust him and his staff. Dental work is a huge investment. The investment encompasses multiple aspects that are vital to ones well-being. I always feel like I am valued and important no matter what the interaction is with the office. Thanks Melissa!! more
