My basement floor drain was clogged, not only was it clogged but all the water from everyplace in the house was coming up through my basement floor......I called my brother and asked him what company I should call he said Roto Rooter...this was 6:30 p.m......I called the operator said she could have someone out it 2 hours......that in it self was music to my ears.....and just as she said in 2 hours a technition came out his name was Jullian.....Jullian explained that I had a overhead system and all of the water. and waste went to the ejection pump and out to the street...I learrned something that I never knew...he also told me NOT what throw down the toilet like dental floss...He was so informative and patient with all of my questions and may I add also handsome.....If I have a promblem in the future I most definetly will call Roto-rotter
