What else can I say?... Unexpected dryer problems and a lot of laudry to do. Shop was open on Saturday to pick up part for a DIY repair. Dryer is back up and going. I spent less than I would have to purchase the part online with standard shipping.
I am not one to post reviews... but my experience was more than pleasant and I always prefer to buy local. I will be back.
