I have been going to this particular Meineke for a while and while I understand before some folks had problems, there definitely aren't any now. Terry (the current manager) helped me find the best deal in town for new tires on my car, always gets my oil changed quickly even when they're swamped, and makes sure I only fix things on my car when it is absolutely needed. They seem to understand my budget and car concerns. He is a great guy and they have done right by me so far. I would definitely advise others to utilize their services! Hard to trust people out there, especially as a female who knows little about cars - these gentlemen have been better than other places I've taken my vehicle.
Pros: Terry (Manager) knows his stuff and aims to to please.
