Review content:
I've been to a lot of cuban restaurants in Miami, but the food in this place is the best and tastiest. The moro is the best I've had since I was a child in Cuba. The vaca frita was perfect, not the greasy type you'll probably find elsewhere, and it had a touch of lemon that was just right. I had a mamey flan for dessert and I'm still dreaming about it. I enjoy the food at other cuban restaurants but I always leave a bit nostalgic because it doesn't live up to my memories. Not the case in Las Culebrinas. The restaurant is usually noisy, so it's not the place to go if you want peace and quiet. Parking is pretty scarce, so it's better to use the valet. In spite of the bad reviews I've read about the service, the waiters and bus boys were very helpful and courteous when I went there. Pros: Great food Cons: Crowded
