My experience was positive and similar to the first reviewer's. A few weeks ago the power supply on my aging HP tower took a dive. I had a crucial work project saved on the hard drive, and I was freaking out that this had happened right as a tight deadline was rapidly approaching. The owner was extremely accomodating, and dropped what he was doing to diagnose the problem for me on the spot. Within 45 minutes they had installed a new power supply, and gotten my computer back up and running like a charm. The price was more than reasonable, and I couldn't be more pleased. Best Buy wanted to charge me more money just to diagnose the problem, and they said it might take a couple days for them to get the computer back to me! Needless to say, Complete Computer Cure gets my nod. I will recommend them to everyone I know. Oh yea, I watched them take the new power supply out of a new, shrink wrapped package... so I'm not sure why the other reviewer is accusing them of using used parts???
