I have a 2009 Escape and had transmission problem. I just want to say how well the service and personal courtesy I received from service technician Bret Dehm. I have had several new cars and had them all serviced at different dealers but this is the first time I had ever received a call to follow up on the serviced received. Every time I go in, he address me on a personal basic and never forgot my name. His attention to detail and explanation has really been helpful in me understanding the problems. I am truly impressed with his customer service. After being retired from the military and a Jr. College, and dealing with thousand of people, I rate Bret as truly number one in my book. Mac Haik Ford should be proud to have him and other people like Bret working at this dealership
