Review content:
Vivian and Michelle, After enjoying MANY years of coming to your salon and never being disappointed, I was shocked to arrive this morning to find that the girl who booked my appt with Mary did not request her. Instead, she noted NO PREF. Holly, who was very nice, did a good job on my hair color, but was not the person I requested. When I spoke to Lacey, the manager on call, she only said that I didn't request anyone, according to the person who booked the appt. We all know as businesswomen, that she responded incorrectly, especially to a long term patron with a family also using your services. When the front desk people don't do their job, it reflects poorly on your business. Just ask your seasoned employees. If I was acting unprofessionally in my business practice, I would want someone to tell me. Joy App
