Review content:
I recently purchased a MB from the Cary dealership and was extremely pleased with my experience. I would rate them to be comparable with some of the best dealerships that I have dealt with and would recommend them to anyone. I personally dealt with David Burr who took the time to ensure that everything was handled in a complete and professional manner. I was also extremely impressed with his knowledge regarding the intricate operation of the different functions on the car. I believe this is important, another MB dealership’s (Richmond, VA) approach to selling cars was to get the new one outfitted as close to the client’s existing car as possible, but when asked either technical or functional questions, their response was we just sell the car, it is not our product. It was refreshing to deal with an individual who has taken the time to be thorough in their knowledge of their products and convey that information to the customer. In addition to this, David took an approach that I would expect from a MB dealership in that the customer’s time is extremely important and that every sale is not trivial. I would not hesitate to recommend both the Cary dealership and David Burr to anyone interested in a Mercedes Benz.
