When I first met Kristin Ballantine she was at a first-rate spa and skin care facility in Buckhead. When I asked one of the owners who he recommended for a facial he, without hesitation, gave me Kristin's name. I had never had a facial before and didn't really know what to expect. She gave me a VERY thorough evaluation of my skin type, and the ideal treatment for it - she also encouraged me to ask any questions before, during and/or after my facial so I would fully understand what she was doing and why she made that particular recommendation. I went back to that facility multiple times and had the same great experience.
When Kristin contacted me to let me know she was venturing out and opening her own facility I could not have been happier for her! Her sharp business sense and industry expertise teed her up perfectly for success. I made an appointment last week and was sorry I hadn't made it sooner! Being situated right in Brookhaven, her services cater to what are surely the high expectations of its residents, and residents in comparably affluent communities. She is extremely professional and uses the best products and equipment to ensure a pleasant and rejuvenating experience. I can't wait for my next appointment!
