I just gave them 1 star to give them something - I actually would give them a NEGATIVE star if that was an option!! I just moved from Scottsdale, AZ to CA. I paid $ 88 dollars for Terri's to come pick up several nice pieces of furniture to sell. They are supposed to cut a check at the end of every month and send you your amount. I sold some items in MAY!!!! It is now July 27th!!! STILL NO CHECK!!!! You have to communicate with them via email - NO PHONE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! - they just keep saying the check is in the mail!?!???? I HIGHLY SUGGEST DONATING TO GOODWILL OR SOME OTHER CHARITY and writing off the donation on your taxes. DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THE HASSLE TO USE TERRI'S CONSIGNMENT!!! I wish I had read these reviews before doing business with Terri's!!! See this person's email below - I am also filing a complaint with consumer affairs and will take them to small claims court!! Per Tom S. in the last 36 months there have been 60 complaints about Terri's--50 of these in the last 6 months. Terris has FAILED TO EVEN RESPOND TO 44 OF THESE COMPLAINTS. Check the b organization yourself. They owe me money from a May sale also. Avoid this business. Per Jenny T's remark, you have to give at least 1 star; they deserve none.
Pros: THERE ARE NONE!!
Cons: YOU WILL NEVER SEE A DIME FROM THEM!!!
