After signing a contract with this company they will hit you up for more money they put nothing in writing then expect you to pay whatever they want. They called me today at 6:00 A.M. to tell me that they were not going to finish our pool. We have paid them $ 72,500.00 already and now the pool is unfinished and Mr. Dave Nelson informed me that they will not be fininshing our pool so off to my attorney and to the BBB we go and I suggest checking out the BBB and listen what they have to say before entering into any contract. It's a shame how the pool industry is monitored and now see who gets the final bill to finish my pool. Nelson you are a crook and I hope everyone reads this like my entire subdivision will. You are unprofessional and using your soft voice doesn't work with me , it;s just a ploy to act like yo are a honest businessman......NOT
