Just wanted to let you know about my recent experience at Jacksonville Chrysler Jeep Dodge. From the moment I was greeted until I left with a car rental, the experience was FIRST CLASS!!!! Your representative, Christy, was very efficient and answered all of my questions. I was then shown to Enterprise where my rental transaction was just as smooth. On Friday morning Christy called to tell me what was wrong with my car. I told her to wait until she heard back from me to go forward or not. I went to the dealership, met with a Salesperson, Michael, and ended up buying a new car! That was no on my list of things to do, however everyone at the Dealership made the experience fantastic. Just thought you would like to know!
