Kudos to Christy Braddy! She helped me soo much in the last few days! I called on Saturday regarding a rear window that had fallen into the door on Friday. She had it fixed and ready for pick up on Monday. Because of the late pick up on my part, it wasn't until I got home Monday and checked the windows inthe driveway....the OTHER rear window did the exact same thing!! I was able to get the car back to her at noon today and she had it ready for pick up after work. Not only that, she worked with my extended warranty company to waive the deductible and arranged for shuttle service. She went above and beyond and made a strange situation seem tolerable. Thank you Christy. I look forward to working with you in the future.
