My cat ran about 50 feet up in a tree, far beyond the reach of a ladder. I called Arbormax and they were at my house within an hour and a half. The guy who climbed up and got my cat was in the middle of his day off but showed up anyway. They even took out some dead branches on the way down!
They really went above and beyond to help me out. I'd highly recommend for cat removal, and they're probably good at cutting down trees too!
