A huge oak tree fell on our house yesterday, so I called Arbormax after reading their ad in the yellow pages. Not knowing anything about this company in particular, I was desperate for someone to help me get this tree off the house. While we would have paid any price to get the job done, and were prepared for a big hassle from whomever showed up to take the job- we could not have been more pleasantly surprised by this company. Tim was in our back yard surveying the damage within 15 minutes of my phone call. They quoted us a totally reasonable price and were so professional and reassuring to us about the situation. One hour later they lifted that tree off the house and with surgical precision they safely hoisted it over the house and to the ground without damaging the house itself or any of our other trees or property. It was an amazing thing to watch. They were so thoughtful and professional in their dealings with us, and we will absolutely use them from now on and recommend them to all our friends and family as well. Although having a tree fall on your house is never a good thing, Arbormax made it as painless as possible. Thanks again to Tim and all his crew.
