Review content:
Refine is the only place in MN you should consider for hair removal and cosmetic tweaking. I have been seeing Jan for over one year. I came to Refine from a referral by word of mouth of a co-worker. Previous to Refine I had completed over two years of electrolysis by a 'trained pro' with longevity in the business but had not seen the permant results and it was costly. This pro just kept telling me it would take time. I then had 3 sessions with a DOCTOR in her office. No success! When I met Jan I was at my lowest; trying to come to terms with the fact that I would have to live with the hair. I was always very self conscious and embarrased. The very first time I met Jan, I felt like I made a new friend. She was caring and compassionate. She was knowledgable and took the time to explain why the laser treatment in the doctors office wasn't working for me. Jan made me feel like a woman again and I found joy again. I only went in for removal in one area of my body but have continued with Refine because, simply, I love the results of being totally hair free!!
