Refine is the only place in MN you should consider for hair removal and cosmetic tweaking. I have been seeing Jan for over one year. I came to Refine from a referral by word of mouth of a co-worker. Previous to Refine I had completed over two years of electrolysis by a 'trained pro' with longevity in the business but had not seen the permant results and it was costly. This pro just kept telling me it would take time. I then had 3 sessions with a DOCTOR in her office. No success! When I met Jan I was at my lowest; trying to come to terms with the fact that I would have to live with the hair. I was always very self conscious and embarrased. The very first time I met Jan, I felt like I made a new friend. She was caring and compassionate. She was knowledgable and took the time to explain why the laser treatment in the doctors office wasn't working for me. Jan made me feel like a woman again and I found joy again. I only went in for removal in one area of my body but have continued with Refine because, simply, I love the results of being totally hair free!! more

This is the second time that I have visited Refine for the Radiesse face filler -- and I LOVE IT! I literally look 10 years younger after 30 minutes! My skin is very thin and dry. It has deep wrinkles and creases. The Radiesse filler plumps under the skin making the wrinkles and creases MUCH less visible. Jan is a miracle worker! Her laser treatments on my face made me feel like a new woman. A hair free woman! After alot of research...I chose Refine Laser and Electrolysis. I checked around for pricing and information. I was amazed at how much time they took with me on the phone to answer all my questions and concerns. I have called other laser centers and they want you to come in to get the information...and when I did...it was a hard sell. I went into Refine Laser and had my first treatment and was made to feel very comfortable. They really educated me on the process and explained it so I could understand. I have been so amazingly impressed by these women. When considering laser, I interviewed a number of different laser offices as to the technology used, pricing, scheduling, technicians, and professionalism. Hands down I was so very impressed with this office. Not only that, but through my 5 treatments that I have had with them, I have developed a friendship that I know will continue past the end of my treatments. I have had four under arm treatments and have been happy with my results. Jan and Deb have been very professional and educational through out my whole treatments. I was very scared when I first came in but was so sick of shaving and hated waxing. After my first treatment I had a wonderful break with no hair, then new roots came in and second treatment again those disappeared with in a week and I had no hair again ( wonderful in summer ) this time my hair grew back in thicker - they had told me that a small percent this happens to but that sticking to the program works and to be patient. Well I have had four treatments now and the hair growth is less and smaller and softer. Two more treatments should do it - they said its an average of six for most people. Hey even if its seven for me - I will be happy to finally get rid of the hair. The results have been good enough and the ladies so great that i decided it was time to do something about the facial hair. I have had just one treatment for that so far but I trust them 100% now and no burns only good results. It took me years to to get up the guts to color my hair so you know I was very worried about doing this. But these ladies put my fears at ease and I know I am under wonderful care. I would recommend them to anyone. It takes more then just a paper degree to be an expert and these ladies are experts in this field just by sheer self education and all the years of experience that they have been doing it. They could easily test out and be Drs for this one area on hair removal. They follow all regulations for safety and have a doctor on staff if needed. The office and everything was clean and they looked professional and were very kind. I will write again when all my treatments are finalized but as of today I am sold on Refine and would recommend it.
