Agree, major scam artists. Do not sign up for anything or you will be paying for rest of your life. They tell you one thing and then you are billed for another. You meet the commitments and they still bill you a penalty if you cancel. Management is awful and has no idea of customer service whatsoever in Plano office. COMPLETE SCAM ARTISTS!! Check BBB for all their complaints. To cancel your contract the make you jump through impossible hoops so that you cannot cancel unless you are charged $200.00
