I bought a groupon here especially because of the promise of daily workouts, every 30 minutes and I can this see as appealing to anyone who has a very busy, unpredictable schedule- which I think the staff should understand...
What I didn't realize was that they don't let you start the bootcamp until you have the 90 minute evaluation and they have a limited number of slots open for that. In my case- I tried to book it twice. Both times, the appointments were for a week-long wait.
The first appointment I had to cancel a day ahead of time- I emailed them, then I called and left a message. Eventually, I guess the trainer returned my call and said "its really relaxed here, don't worry about it, this won't count against you." SO I tried to book again, again waited another week.
Today I was running late and I was at there about 15 min past the appointment time- the bulky man with close-set eyes behind his computer says "how can I help you" and I think I immediately sensed he does not know about customer service is as he really already sounded hostile.
I said that I was late and I'm sorry- he cuts me off that the trainer already left and had I phoned or been on time this could've been avoided. Yes- absolutely this is true and I never negated it, I do know that at the first appointment I only got voicemail and I didn't try again this time. Their bulky desk man decides he will keep repeating that this is my fault, I didn't call and the trainer left because he's so busy. I say that my appointment was until noon, since his time was reserved can you just grab the phone and call him to return-- NOPE absolutely not, I won't be inconveniencing my trainer because he's so busy. I explain to him that I have a hectic schedule and very few days off, when can we reschedule= both options were again week long waits and at times I couldn't make. Then I state well can I just start the bootcamp without the evaluation-- NOPE absolutely n
