I cant believe that so many on so many rating sites have had a bad customer service experience at this location....They have the smartest and most ingenious staff ever and who cares if they get a little loud with each other cmon now put a couple dudes in a warehouse or hardware store or locker room and its bound to get a little noisy,get over it people!!! Belmont Hardware is a friendly little shop with great customer service and staff that goes above and beyond the call of duty,they dont just care about you're money matter of fact in my situation the nice guy wouldn't even take my money and totally fixed my problem....SO again I say Get over it.............
