Telephone Customer Service is AWFUL!!! You get put on hold FOREVER!!! And, now, their malfunctioning answering machine is stuttering and stammering so badly, you can hardly understand the greeting message that's being delivered. And, even when you go into the store, you have to chase down the staff to ask for help; they SELDOM approach you to ask if they might assist you. The staff is made up of mostly bored-looking, 20-something males who don't have a clue as to what Customer Service is all about and, furthermore, they obviously don't care. The store owner needs to address this. I have quit shopping at Belmont Hardware for primarily these reasons.
