Review content:
Can Mr. Rooter fix your plumbing problem? Well, I don't know the answer to that because I'm not a "third time's a charm" type of person when it comes to a leaking toilet. I do know that they can't unclog a shower drain - but they can certainly make you think you need to dig up your yard and install new drain pipes to get the job done. I also know it takes them forever and a day to work and after "attempting" to fix the problem, they sit at your dining room table for an hour writing up the bill while saying "I sure do hate to charge you this much so I'm going to give you a discount". (At least all the workers are trained by the same person as they each perform the exact same song and dance.)
In my experience, their prices are very high, their work is not acceptable and they are not the most professional. I say call someone else. (Check out my review on O'Neill Plumbing.)
