I was very impressed with the entire experience. My car as of this morning (the repair was made yesterday) is great. In case you didn't know, Kirkwood Auto has a shuttle service which solves a lot of headaches for the customer with only one driver or only one car in the family. The shuttle driver, Ray, is an excellent and very safe driver. My only negative comment would be with the troubleshooter/repair tech, he tried to tell me that Ford recommends that my titanium spark plugs needed to be replaced via a rather expensive job. I seemed to remember when I bought the car being told those plugs were good for 100,000 miles. So when I got home, I got out my owners manual and Ford recommends those plugs need to be changed at 100,000 miles, NOT the 65,000 miles as the tech said. Thankfully I didn't have him do that job. So make sure you're familar with what your cars manufacture recommends for things. But other than that, the work I did have them do was excellent. The staff where you pay, etc, was friendly, knowledgable. I'll be back the next time I need work done.
